How To Know If He Is Cheating On You

A good number of married men engage in extramarital sex at one time or another during their marriage. Most times, the women in their lives have no idea what they did. You need to have some basic knowledge to protect yourself. So how does one know a cheating husband or boyfriend? Here are warning signs that your man is about to, or is already cheating on

you. If he has a past cheating behavior, then, there is a possibility he might do it again. He may pretend to be a changed man, only to burst out in streets later with another woman over the expense of your relationship.

If he is good at lying about other things in his life, like what he is doing at a given time, where he is at a given time, the time he will spend there, the friends he is hanging out with, then he is likely good at lying to you about cheating.

Men who don’t show remorse or guilt when they do something wrong are number one candidates for cheating. They won’t have those emotions holding them back. They fell for love with you for the same reason they are leaving you for others. After all it doesn’t hold him back nor does it hurt him.

If one or both of his parents were unfaithful, then he is more likely to to cheat. He just is following their footsteps.

Unemployment puts stress on a relationship and can make a man feel vulnerable, especially if the job was important to him and defined his identity. When a man doesn’t feel so good about himself, he may boost his self-esteem through an affair.

If your man spend less time with you, or he does not want to talk about the healthiness  of the relationship, then its good you re-access him. Behaviors like this becomes a breeding ground for infidelity.

He doesn’t cuddle with you in bed anymore. Or he comes to bed fully dressed but initially he used to sleep nude. These are all ways of disconnecting and may indicate he is getting his intimacy somewhere else.

Lastly, beware of new phone habits. For example, he suddenly gets a new phone with a password lock. Or perhaps now he keeps his cell phone in his pocket when in the past he would leave it on the table. Or maybe he used to make calls and send texts while you were around, but now excuses him self each time the phone rings.
