1. Make sure your breath smells good.
The softness of your lips is important, but don't forget about managing the smell of your breath. Brush your teeth before you see him, and if you plan on eating lunch or dinner with him, bring along some chewing-gum or a mint to pop into your mouth after the meal. It will make your breath fresh.
Your guy might be nervous about making his move in front of a group, so do what you can to get him alone! He might kiss you without any further encouragement if the two of you can be alone for a little while. Remember to be be outgoing once you get him alone. Be confident and friendly. If you are nervous, try not to show it.
3. Get closer to him.
Here is the trick you can use to get closer to him:
If you’re outside, shiver and say you’re a little chilly and move closer to him. If you’re indoors, say he has something on his face. Lean in and wipe it off, then look up into his eyes and don’t move away.
4. Break the touch barrier. The touch barrier is that invisible line that gets drawn between two people who are interested in each other. Be the first person to cross the line.. touch your guy on the arm when you laugh, brush your leg against his if you’re sitting next to each other, etc. Touching him will let him know that you’re cool with physical contact.
5. Before you even think about kissing, make sure your lips looks as tempting as possible. Make your lips kissable. You can Apply some lip gloss while your guy is watching. His eyes will be drawn to your lips.
6. Flirt With Him.
If he isn't great at reading your body language, then you should give him some verbal hints. Try complimenting how strong his arms look or how talented he is. You can also flirt with your eyes. The more you can make him blush, the better. Eye contact plays a very big part in getting your guy to understand that you want to be kissed.

Its not a must that guys have to make the first move. If you want to be kissed, why don’t you kiss him first.

Be brave by taking his hand in yours. It's a clear sign that you're interested in him, but it's not as bold as going straight for a kiss. While your fingers are intertwined, there's no way he could be confused about how you feel.

10. Ask him to kiss you. (Don't try this one on a Nigerian guy oh. he will think you're desperate. Hehe..)
If you have given him all the hints I stated above, yet he is still damn shy to kiss you, its time to just ask for a kiss. Just keep in mind that being direct has its advantages and Disadvantages. On one hand, you will get your kiss immediately while on the other hand, that answer may be ‘NO’ hehe..
If you think that he's purposely not kissing you, because he doesn't like you, then don't try to convince him to think otherwise. There are plenty of other guys out there that would love to touch and kiss your sexy lips.
